Terms of Use (“Terms”)
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using The Barn Wine Bar WhatsApp Ordering (the “Service”) powered by VOX (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit/debit card information.
Refund Policy
Order refund only applicable for the below circumstances:
- Goods Discontinued
- The Barn Wine Bar has failed to deliver the Goods within a reasonable time
- Wrong Goods delivered
For Pre-ordered goods, refund is not applicable
Refund option will be offered to the Buyer as below:
Option 1: Goods exchange
Goods exchanged with other Goods listed in the platform Menu, with equivalent value. If the value of the new Goods exceeds the amount of the original Goods, the difference thereof should be paid by the Buyer. If the value of the new Goods is less than the amount of the original Goods, the difference thereof will not be refunded.
Option 2: Full refund
For Buyer that chooses the online banking method (through our payment gateway iPay88) we will notify our payment gateway service provider to cancel the relevant transaction There is estimated of 7 to 14 working days for the refund process, and the refund amount will be shown on the Buyer’ Credit Card statement, or a copy of bank slip will be forwarded to the Buyer.
For Return Policy, under normal circumstance, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any Goods that are purchased, regardless of if the products have been picked-up, opened or unopened in part or wholly.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed, neither cancellation nor modification is allowed. The Barn Wine Bar is not liable to provide a refund once an order is made and payment has been received.

We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Barn Wine Bar shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Prices and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification. Meal deals and pricing may differ for Dine-in / Takeaway and Delivery. Prices are inclusive of prevailing GST.
